Booking for next season

Any reservation for the next season is subject to change. It is always possible that prices are saved, that a property is no longer rented out the following year or that the owner keeps a rental period for himself.

We therefore ask 5% of the rental price of this season as a reservation fee, and you will receive your final contract in September. If the rent would have increased by 10% or more compared to this year, you can always reserve another home or cancel your contract free of charge. Your reservation fee will then be refunded. Otherwise, your contract will be final.
