This beautiful and small-scale domain of Dutch owners who live on site, is located in a very quiet and green area on the shore of Lake Gimone. The domain has a holiday accommodation in the annex of the mas for 6 people, there are 4 completely new glamping tents for 6 people with a view of the lake and there is a very large communal swimming pool. In this magical place you can enjoy fantastic holidays and an amazing starry sky to end the days with!

Terrace and covered terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols. Living room with sitting area, air conditioning, TV, DVD and stove. Equipped kitchen on the first floor with single sink, large fridge with freezer, electric stove, extractor hood, oven and coffee maker. Small kitchen on the ground floor. Separate storage room with washing machine and vacuum cleaner.

tips from the owner:

• the lake of Gimone has a supervised beach in July and August, a snack bar, paddles, kayaks, oars, boats and pedal boats for hire and a water park with inflatable structures
• local markets in Samatan, Toulouse, Saint-Gaudens, Auch and Boulogne-sur-Gesse
• Toulouse: combination of French and Spanish culture with many restaurants, museums and other places of interest such as the Space Center (Cité de l'Espace)
• Biarritz: special seaside resort with beautiful sandy beaches
• beautiful walks in the Pyrenees, with different levels of difficulty
• eat tapas in Spain, on the other side of the Pyrenees
