**NEW IN OUR OFFER** This brand new single storey villa is in the final stages of finishing and is eager to give you an unforgettable holiday. The wire fence and hedge that will provide privacy in the garden and at the swimming pool will soon be installed. As soon as this is done, we will post new photos.

• recommendations: Restaurant La Douzième Heure (within walking distance of the house), Le Cilaos in Neuvic (6 km) and gastronomic restaurant L'Essentiel in Périgueux with 1 Michelin star (35 km)
• shopping: Neuvic (6 km), for your daily shopping there is a supermarket, a bakery and a butcher, there is also a pleasant square around the church with a few restaurants and a pizzeria, and visit the caviar farm where you can enjoy a tasting
• weekly market with local products: Saint-Astier (12 km) on Thursday morning
• many cycling and walking routes nearby
• Bergerac (40 km): beautiful city on the banks of the Dordogne with a Renaissance city center, museums, markets, restaurants and terraces
• wine estates of Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion and Monbazillac, the latter mainly known for its sweet white dessert wine
• relax in the summer bar on the banks of the l'Isle river in Périgueux (35 km)
