Description

Moment de Bonheur is located in a small, quiet group of houses where you wake up with a view of the vineyard. It is a detached house with a nice swimming pool and a heated outdoor shower. You can rent an electric bike or a kayak to explore the surrounding villages such as Cahors, Toulouse or Saint-Cirq-Lapopie.

Terrace (40m²) with garden furniture, 6 sun loungers, shade cloth and barbecue. Living room with sitting area, TV with TV-Vlaanderen, radio-CD with MP3 and USB connection, stove and mezzanine with sitting area and 2 beds (140 cm). Fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric stove, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Separate storage room with WC, washing machine oven. Parking space for 2 cars next to the house.

Wil je genieten van rust, in weidse omgeving, en je zit er niet mee in dat de bakker en plaatselijke grossist op 4 km ligt, en Carrefour op 16 en Leclercq op 20 km bochtig parkour dan is deze omgebouwde stal ideaal voor 2 koppels, of koppel met kinderen, die houden van natuur, wandelen doorheen wijnvelden, pittoresque dorpjes. Het huis is praktisch, clean, positieve support van Jerome,.. Saint Cirque de la popie, Toulouse, Montcuq, Rocamadour, Prayzac, Cahors, ... alles op een 30 min tot 1,5 hr met de auto.

Family Dewaersegger Visited in July 2023

Prima vakantiewoning voor een weekje weg met het gezin. De dikke muren zorgen er voor dat als je deuren en ramen toelaat, de warmte buiten blijft. Het huis beschikt over alle voorzieningen. De petanque baan is een leuke surplus. Op 4 km rijden is er een bakker. De proxi er recht tegenover is juist voor de hoogst noodzakelijke boodschappen. Voor de eigenlijke boodschappen moet je naar Cahors (20 min rijden).

Family Duchateau Visited in July 2023

Heel fijn huisje, alles aanwezig wat nodig is voor een gezin van 4, buiten babybed en stoel (2 volwassenen, kindjes van 8 jaar en 16 maanden). Wel goed om alles dicht te houden overdag tegen de warmte en ´s avonds alles open te zetten. Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en houdt goed rekening met de gasten (vb. Zwembadstofzuiger komen plaatsen als we op uitstap waren).
