This modern single storey villa is furnished with quality furniture, both inside and out, and is located in a closed domain within walking distance of the historic village of Grimaud and a 10-minute drive from the port of Port Grimaud and the beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez . From the covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the medieval castle of Grimaud.

Fitted kitchen with double sink, refrigerator, separate freezer, induction hobs, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and mixer. Separate storage room with extra fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

• the house is located along the Route Nationale, which gives you a very smooth connection with the coast and the surrounding villages

• in summer, the pool is not additionally heated because the temperature is already high enough by then

• for stays longer than a week, there is the possibility to request cleaning at the end of each week: cleaning without linen change 100€, with linen change 150€ (on request)
