Mas Baronnies is a restored 17th century stone farmhouse, luxuriously furnished, situated in a small rural hamlet and surrounded by the unspoilt countryside of the Southern Alps. Enjoy the heated pool and hot tub all year round in this beautiful mas, complete tranquility under the southern French sun during the day and under the endless starry sky at night.

Terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, 8 sun loungers and parasols. Living room with sitting area, TV, satellite TV, DVD and stove. Fitted kitchen with double sink, fridge, separate freezer, additional fridge, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, coffee maker, pasta machine, kitchen robot and mixer. Separate storage room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron in bedroom number 2. Separate TV room with projector. Bar in the basement.

The owners also live on the property, under the house at the rear, without overlooking the pool and garden. These are private for the tenants. The owners are very discreet and do not disturb the privacy of the guests. This holiday home is not rented out for parties and events.
