**NEW IN OUR OFFER** Bastidon du Malmont is a very cozy and tastefully furnished Provencal house that was recently completely renovated (2025). This holiday home is located in a very quiet area on the edge of the town of Draguignan and 200m from the forest. The south-facing garden has a large atypical swimming pool, 2 covered terraces and many shaded areas.

Two covered terraces with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, 5 sun loungers and a parasol. Living room with sitting area, TV with Google Chromecast and fireplace. Fitted kitchen with double sink, large fridge, separate freezer, induction hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nescafe Dolce Gusto, Senseo, mixer, washing machine and dryer. Separate storage room with drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
