La Romaine is a classic Provencal, single-storey villa located in a quiet residential area just outside the centre. Enjoy the peace and privacy in the pleasant garden with gazebo that provides extra shade or take a refreshing dip in the beautiful swimming pool.

Covered terrace (30m²) with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue. Living room with dining table, TV, fireplace, sitting area and direct access to the terrace. Fitted kitchen with double sink, fridge, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, dishwasher, kettle and mixer. Garage with additional fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
