Le jardin de rêves is a quietly located house in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Ardèche. This charming place consists of the main house, a separate studio, a tree house and a beautiful green garden with swimming pool, outdoor shower, petanque court and a cozy sitting area with outdoor lounge. You can completely relax here with an aperitif on the terrace!

Several terraces, covered sitting area, garden furniture, parasol and fixed barbecue. Outdoor shower and 6 sun loungers by the pool. Living room with sitting area, TV, radio, CD player and fireplace. Fitted kitchen with sink, fridge with freezer compartment, gas hobs with electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave oven. Storage room with large fridge and freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and washing machine. In the garden there is a studio with 1 bedroom (with reversible air conditioning) with 1 bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, sink and induction cooker. New is the tree house with 2 beds of 90 cm with an outdoor shower and an ecological toilet (outside). 4 parking spaces on site.

Niets op aan te merken, keuken is klein maar alles aanwezig, woning is netjes onderhouden. Prachtige omheinde tuin waar je makkelijk tot rust kan komen. In de slaapkamers hoofdwoning en de studio is sinds 2024 airconditioning aanwezig. Eveneens is er muggenwering aan de slaapkamer ramen. Wij hadden n.a.w eerdere reviews klamboes voorzien maar niet gebruikt. Buiten wordt regelmatig gesproeid tegen de muggen maar ‘s avonds op het terras blijven het lastige …, spray bij de lokale apotheek en opgelost. Badkamers zijn OK, kleine opmerking spiegels hangen niet op hoogte voor mensen van + 180 cm, lastig om je hoofd te scheren in mijn geval 😉 Dank aan de eigenares die ons opgevangen en wegwijs gemaakt heeft, misschien huren dit in de toekomst nog wel opnieuw?

Jardin des Rêves is heel rustig gelegen op een heuvel boven de vallei van Les Vans. Het is een zuiders aanvoelende, mooie woning met een uitstekend zwembad en een grote tuin, waarin een basic studio én een toffe boomhut liggen. De Belgische eigenares is zeer sympathiek en behulpzaam, je kan voor alle problemen, groot en klein, bij haar terecht. Er is jammergenoeg geen airco in de slaapkamers, wat een gemis is in een hete zomer zoals die van 2023. En er zitten véél muggen in de regio, dus graag efficiënte muggenwering voorzien.
